Bookings and prices

Prices are in US dollars and are per group, not per person. The price depends on the tour and the size of your group, as shown on each tour page. A booking is confirmed once payment is received. We then confirm your pickup time by WhatsApp or email.

Payment

Online payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details.

Cancellation and refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of your tour or transfer, with a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, and no-shows, are not refunded.
• To cancel, message us by WhatsApp at +56 9 2060 8275 with your name and tour date.

Changes by us

If weather, road closures or safety conditions prevent a tour from running, we will offer you another date or a full refund.

Itineraries and inclusions

Itinerary times are approximate and can change with traffic, weather and local conditions. Each tour page lists what is included and what is not. Meals, drinks, tips and personal expenses are paid by the guest unless listed as included.
